Membership entitles you to –

• Discounted training - receive over 20% off bookings on training courses such as Recruiting Volunteers, Supporting & Motivating Volunteers and Dealing with Challenging Situations*
• An Annual Report explaining our progress and achievements over the year
• Have your say in how we are run - nominate and elect Board Members, stand as a Board member and vote at our General Meetings

Membership is open to:

• Any Not for Profit Organisation that involves volunteers in Edinburgh and shares the aims and values of Volunteer Centre Edinburgh.
• 2. Any Individual who shares our aims and values and who is a current volunteer with Volunteer Centre Edinburgh or with an agency that is registered on Volunteer Centre Edinburgh Database.

Volunteer Centre Edinburgh exists to involve more people more effectively in volunteering to help to solve problems and enrich communities

• Download and complete the membership form. Membership costs just £30 for organisations (or free if you are an individual volunteer) and you can pay by standing order.
• Send the completed forms to Membership, Volunteer Centre Edinburgh, 45 Queensferry Street Lane, Edinburgh, EH2 4PF.

Under company law each new application for membership must be submitted to the Board of Directors for formal acceptance. This happens every two months at Board meetings.

* From April 2008 our training courses will cost £35 to members and £45 to non-members.
