For anyone who is involved in the management of volunteers our Core Skills Courses are an essential tool in developing or enhancing your skills. Developed by volunteer management practitioners these courses explore the theories and put them into practice. there is lots to learn and lots of experience to share.
Course One is our introductory course and looks at the importance of structures for involving volunteers, including developing a Volunteer Policy, task descriptions and assessing the basic requirements to keep you and your volunteers safe.
