Now that you have completed your action plan and are developing volunteering within your club, you need to ensure that you are achieving the actions and getting the desired outcome. If not you may need to review your actions and/or timescales. If you have chosen to write a volunteer policy or procedures then you should ensure that they don’t sit on a shelf gathering dust. They should be working documents that help your club to recruit and retain volunteers.
