Delivering improved services
The main building blocks for delivering improved services are:
- local community planning partnerships (established during 2005/06);
- partner agencies through their mainstream activities;
- strategic and other partnerships including the proposed community health partnerships;
- equalities forums; and
- the full range of community engagement activity undertaken through the above.
